Our Open Gym membership offers you an incredible amount of flexibility throughout Monday - Sunday.
Allowing you to ensure you can tick the boxes when it comes to following your training plan throughout the week.
Whether your program is strength based, conditioning based or a more hybrid approach, we have you covered.

STRENGTH CLUB
STRENGTH CLUB is our specifically designed Small Group Personal Training program.
This membership will allow you to train 3x per week alongside likeminded, supportive individuals with similar goals.
You will also gain access to our training app, accountability group and receive weekly check-in reviews.

BASE CONDITIONING
Our Conditioning Sessions are designed to allow you to train at YOUR maximum level of intensity.
These sessions aren’t your typical HIIT Classes - we have structured them in away in which you’ll be able to see clear progress.
They will test your cardiovascular capacity and have you leaving with untouchable energy.
