Our Programmes

Looking for focused training that’s bespoke to your goals?

  • Small group coaching programme limited to 8 members per session.
  • 6x sessions running daily throughout the week.
  • 3x fully programmed and coached resistance training sessions per week. Optional weekly check-ins with your coach to ensure you are progressing towards your goals.
  • Training in a supportive, encouraging environment with likeminded individuals to help keep you on track.
  • Access to our coaching app to allow us to monitor progress. 

Base Conditioning

Looking quick results but up for a challenge?

  • Higher intensity sessions including a combination of Erg’s, functional movements and running.
  • Perfect training for any upcoming fitness events you have.
  • 4x Sessions running through the week on a Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
  • These sessions are high energy however we have members of all levels.

Personal Training

Although we encourage our members to attend group classes. Alan and Amy lead our PT programmes, you can book a 1-2-1 / free consultation. We’ll create a bespoke path for you and your unique goals.
