Strength club is our small group coaching program, where you’ll commit to three fully programmed and fully coached strength-training sessions per week.


  • Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 6am, 7am, and 9:30am
  • Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday at 5:30pm, 6:30pm, and 7:30pm.
Our conditioning sessions are larger-group, higher-intensity workouts.
These currently run on:
  • Tuesday: 6am and 6pm
  • Thursday: 12pm
  • Friday: 6pm
Yes. Alan and Amy currently have availability for PT. Sean’s availability is very limited at the moment.
No. We do not offer an open-gym service. All sessions are fully coached to ensure you get the most out of your training.
You can join by downloading the BASE S&C App and selecting your preferred membership option.

Yes, you can PAYG. All conditioning sessions are available on a pay-as-you-go basis. Monthly memberships are also available and offer the best value.
